Tovi, a couple of things to remember:
1) Paypal is good and safe
2) Phishing is running rampant
3) Never ever respond to an email from anyone asking you to go to there site and "Please up date our records by entering your details" as most of the time the emails are "Phishing" i.o.w. they have a legit looking URL but this URL is then invisibly redirected to another site, of no interest to you, but of GREAT interest to the Cracker(Phisher) who then happily goes of with your details.
4) if in doubt go to the companies real website and contact the support staff and ask (by forwarding the received email to them) if this is from them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
5) Always
