This is so important that I will repeat it: beware of the awful support.
Paypal support is the worst I've ever seen so be careful and you wouldn't need to contact them. Not only it's slow but you usually get an automated message as an answer which rarely answers your question.
Though with 200 ebay auctions I never had to email paypal.
