I'm in Kaychick (spelling? Probably. The Wookieplanet anywhay) and has come to the robot you need to speak to in order to get to the star map. I wish to ask him if he ever has heard of ethics, but I just answer with the right answers (which turn out to be the wrong answers because the robot's been programed by an [nocando] (Revan or Malak?)) and get attacked by droids. So I wonder if you can answer with the wrong answers and still get to the star map? I'll do other things in the meantime...

Actually you can either answer what the hologram expects (and get a dark side point and an evil eye from Bastilla) or you can fight the droids and he'll give you the starmap. Your choice.
Note that Destroy Droid skill is a must: it will save your life quite a few times in the game. Also, did you do the Wookie's quest? Kill the Mandalorians, that is?

I've now done everything on Kaychik (still spelling...) exept the star map. I missed the debtquest btw, since the wookies are currentlly throwing Czerca out.

Sinjce I'm a jedi concular lvl 14 I've got allmost everything I need and don't need (includeing destroy droid AND dominate mind, which I've never used (dominate mind, that is)). And since Bastilla is currentlly admireing me (or whatever you should call it...) for being so lightside (I'm probablly as lightside as could be...), I don't think it would be much of a problem. But I think I'll go for the destroy droid thing anywhay...

Dammit, tecnical problems!

I'm on the sith ship, and I'm just about to enter the bridge with me, Bastilla and Carth. Tried to enter three times, and every single time the game has run into problem and has been forced to quit. Any suggestions why? I searched the Bioware forum but didn't find anything...

well it may be worth the try... except if you don't want to finish the game ...

anyway there are some probs which have never been solved because bioware didn't know exactly with which graphic cards it could occur... i'm afraid it is one of them (i'm not so sure either so i can't warrant it would work...)

Also try rebooting your computer and do a complete defrag.

If you haven't noticed, when your game crashes to desktop, you'll see a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark lower right corner. It's saying your Virtual Memory is low.
SW:KOTOR has a memory leak in it if you are using Windows XP and you have the Service Pack 2 SP2 update installed.
This is pretty much common knowledge.

Advice, make about 3 different saves.
Your save can become corrupt and then you are really in a world of hurt.

Happy Hunting

It's done. I've now finnished the game.

The end fight with Malak was a bit annoying since my forcepowers hardly never worked on him (if you've got 100 hp and 430 forcepoints, this IS quite a problem).

I wonder what I should do now...

There’s this real cool game called ‘Beyond Divinity’ out there by Larian.
You should try it out!

Play evil to repair the damage your made when you upset the Great Balance of the Universe by playing KotOR as a good character.

if u have boatloads of grenades in yuour inventory, now is the time to use them. use the sticky grenade to immobilise malak then throw whatever grenade at hi mto lower his HP. better yet, while he's stuck, go & put all the trapped jedi out of misery.

talk about those force alignment test in KOTOR site, now they're back in KOTOR2 main site.

http://www.lucasarts.com/games/swkotor_sithlords/

Spoiler : If u keep on clicking on dark side characters/planet or weapons alternately, u will keep on moving to the dark side. same goes for the light side where u need to click on characters who are on light-side. when u keep clicking on portraits of different characters/planets/weapons, u will encounter questions that will determine your force inclination. the rewards of going to either extreme of the force are wallpapers unlike those offered in Media section.

this site is flash-heavy so for those on dialups, it's a good time to do a bit of house-cleaning while waiting.

A male soldier and i am on the upper level of where the pods crashed.
I have had a couple of fights in an arena and won them both, and upset a Sith lady who set some guards on me and i quickly killed them both.
I have also spoken to the Medic and found out his secret in his back room and another chap in there wants me to find the same cure for the medic but give it to Davek.
As you can see it still very early in the game.

It sems so yes. A tips in character creation: don't use any feats on meleeweapond expertice, and don't use ANY feats on blasterfeats (not even the specialattacks). Wehn you get your hands on a lightsabre all those feats used on blasterskills will be useless, and melee expertice will too. Feats like flurry or power attack will still be useable with your lightsabre though .
