Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act III: Kill an Assassin/Kill your Employer

The Kill an Assassin quest is brown because Chuck refused to kill the assassin he found hiding in the basement. This apparently opened up the Kill your Employer quest because I agreed to and went back and killed the NPC of the first quest. However, when I went back to Groblar he attacks me and I kill him. So now BOTH quest remain blue and brown in the "filtered" quest list. I can see the brown staying brown but he blue should go green and both should filter out of the active quest list--no??

I tought it was yet another bug.

There is a problem with some of the quest entries in act 3. If you just kill the hiding assassin the quest log is updated properly (and you get a reputation boost and more experience). If you kill both assassins the quest log is not updated properly (and you loose a reputation point).
There is also a problem with the Raanaar rebel quests not being added to the quest log at all, IIRC.
