Nope, Lews. Annabelle does not teach identify. Brian does, but only in Act 4+5 (lvl 10+20)
In-game there's only one teacher in Act 1 for lvl 5 (weapon officer) and Act 3 (smith)
Is it worth building up identify? My DK has two points in it, but having a vendor identify an item for 100 is cheap. Is there any reason to build up the skill in Act 4?
