Yes, you need to move it out of the main inventory screen. just drag it somewhere else (otherwise, you can't put anything in it because it becomes invisible when you try to take a crystal out of your main inventory - the main inventory window is now displayed over the crystal bag thus rendering the crystal bag inventory invisible)
