This orc told me he was really not an orc, but a spy. The problem is I can not remember who he was spying for to ask them about him. I did not get a quest entry though, so I was wondering if he really was a spy (and who to talk to), or if I should have just killed him.

can't you just check in your conversations history? It should be there.

There is nothing more to the encounter than what happened. You can not check back with anyone about his story, and killing him or letting him go does not effect the plot later on.

Thanks. That is what it looked like, but it just seemed like an odd encounter that should have more to it. I wonder if it used to be part of a quest/plot line that they just removed.
