I really need to find a merchant, preferably with both good equipment and a lot of money so I can sell him all those axes and etc that I got in the catacombs.

Ok, it's like this. I'm out of Aleroth and all and i went to the Dwarven Bread Inn and then went to stormfist castle and of course they want me to do a heroic deed. Well, I'm trying to stop the whole orc problem, but the problem is, I still have the equipment that I had in Areloth, which just isn't cutting it anymore, and I can't survive at all at the area where all the orcs are. I really need some better stuff so I can survive. Hell, my sword is still a piddling short sword. Where can I go for some better equipment?

The smith in the Dark Forest/Dwarven Halls can help you, too.

You don't have to rush to get into Stormfist castle. I completed the majority of quests in Rivertown and Verdistis and cleared the Rivertown sewers before entering; some people also suggest exploring part of the Dark Forest first.
