When I re-enter the battlefields, everything I uncovered (the fog of war that I explored) is black again. Is this the way it's supposed to be? It's very annoying, since I have to explore much of the map again to find the next dungeon. I'm talking about the act 2 battlefield. Is there a logic positioning of the dungions like in act 1?

It happens to me too. It's a PITA but not a major one. The "fog" rolls back faster the second time around. If your mini map is black, just click it off and back on again in different ways.
