Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks help with temple district plzzz, totally stuck!

I got to that human town, (that other demon brought me here and told me to infiltrate the place

somehow i started a war with the humans so any i saw attacked me. Well we've killed everyone now that had a red circle (ie aggressive towards us)

The problem is now i can't see anything to do at all <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

There are 2 places we can't get access to which are:

Temple Crypt

Temple Church
(and that place the dark priest is locked away in where ppl say hes sacrificing ppl to demons etc)

some help forward would be fabulous plzz ^^

The two areas you mention come into play fairly late in the act, so don't worry that you can't get in right now.

When you first go through the town gate there's a notice board. Read that. Then go into the building on the left and see if you can still find (and talk to) someone in there who is some kind of keeper of ranks or records (can't remember what he's called).

You need to start doing quests in order to move up the ranks. As far as I know this is the only way to get the church doors open and continue on through the game.

If you've somehow managed to kill all the quest-giving NPCs then you're probably stuffed. However, I'm not sure that the game allows that. I think you can kill some unimportant ones just marked human.

Anyway, search inside the buildings for people you can talk to.

Ranking quests+the R-XP for this. As soon as you are number 2 (get an entry into the Keeper of Ranks book), you will be challenged by witch Kiya into the crypt and defeating her will give you an invitation to the church =>

if you killed any of the people that would have gotten you the quests needed to go up the ranks, then you may be stuffed. but hopefully you started the war after you completed all the quests and were invited to kiya. killing her puts you on top which in turn opens the outer doors to the church. the inner doors only open when you destroy all the ghosts in the church. check your mini map for red blips as somehow when i did it, one of my ghosts had slipped through the church wall and was outside it, and i missed this at first, becoming quite frustrated when the inner doors wouldn't open.
