Raze, thanks for the response. I uninstalled and reinstalled again after making sure my drivers were up to date (Turns out what I had was the latest. Although the combined NVidia package was updated this year, the GeForce 4 driver has not been changed since last year). I made sure Norton Autoprotect was off for sure. Unfortunately, I still get the same Slash.dll problem and error message. I also made sure .div files are seen as DIV files. I am really unsure what else to try at this point. I am not the type of person to rant unreasonably. I would like to get this game to run since I can't return it but it's not the end of life if I can't. However, I would be hesitant about buying Larian games in the future. I'm sure this is little concern. I'm just one customer. I have nothing but good things to say about Divine Divinity and many people seem to be enjoying the new game (wish I was one of them). If you have any other suggestions let me know
