bethsoft have not said it's going to be fps. they also bought the license for the special system, which was seperate from the fo license. they have said they probably won't do a top down iso view since that's not thier style.
as noted, it is *way* to early to tell what they will do. in my opinion, look for 1st person/over the shoulder toggle and rt w/pause. that's as much a guess as anyone else's at this point, but knowing them that's what i'd say they'd do. remember, they want to use special, and that's going to be tough without at least having the underlying system be tb.
