But, guess what, I do have a masjor problem remaining. If I save a game during play, when it saves, the screen is then black (no picture). Can get it back, but a pain.
Could you give some more details ? The whole game screen goes pitch black ? Even the interface disappears ? Are you running the game with FSAA ? Try switching it off, it may help.
