Hey all, I just have a few questions that a quick search didn't seem to clear up.
First, is there a Level 6 BF Key for this act? If so, where is it, and if not, why is there a dungeon in the BF that is still locked after getting the level 5 key?
Second, is there a use for the 3 Rocks labeled Permanent [color:"blue"]Mana, [color:"yellow"]Strength, and [color:"red"]Vitality?
Third, I have lockpick skill at level 10, but through the entire game I have been unable to open anything with it. I've tried doors, chests, etc... But so far nothing will open. I assume this is a bug, otherwise, why is the skill even available?
And finally, I also have the convert arrow skill at level 5 or 6, and have tried with every type of arrow there is, but cannot convert any arrows, the skill is greyed out no matter what I try. My Hero has the skill, and is the leader, but I bought 1000 normal arrows from a shopkeeper and can't convert them. I tried splitting them into smaller groups, but still no luck. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong would be appreciated.
Thanks, Beelzebubba

1) Which BF5-key did you find? There's a joker-key... The real one is in one of the rune-rooms. 2) Nope, those rocks are just decoration unfortunately. 3) Lockpick is unfortunately broken. My advice is to unlearn the skill and use it for something better... 4) The only arrows you can convert are Normal Arrows. If you are sure that the arrows are with your hero and he is leader, then I don't know what you're doing wrong. It worked for me.

1) Which BF5-key did you find? There's a joker-key... The real one is in one of the rune-rooms. Wasn't aware there were two. The one I got was in the chest at the end of the chain of keys. I may have gotten the other one as well, all I know is that when I enter the BF it says it's level 5. 4) The only arrows you can convert are Normal Arrows. If you are sure that the arrows are with your hero and he is leader, then I don't know what you're doing wrong. It worked for me. Yeah, I'm sure. Maybe I need to try a different arrow choice. I chose Power Arrows because they were the strongest, but I could try Splitting Arrows. Maybe the Power Arrow conversion is broken. Oh well. Thanks for the reply.

beel, as far as i'm concerned, splitting arrows are the only ones to use (except for one place i can think of).

Oh well, I think I agree with you on this one. A good hit with a Splitting arrow does at least 3 times as much damage as a Power Arrow. 6 or 7 hits with poison and piercing and almost everything in the game dies with one shot.

beel, if you don't mind a couple suggestions - and you may have already played through the game or made these discoveries yourself - and if you'd rather not see, please don't read any further.
have your 'other' character as leader and set archer to 'aggressive'. things wont get close. put your skill points into reload, critical hit and piercing (maybe 2,2,1) with ocassional drops into point blank and splitting arrows. i ended with 44 skill points divided as follows: reload 12, point blank 4, critical hit 12, piercing 12, splitting arrows 4. she was unstoppable, with many things/monsters dying before they became visible through the fog-of-war. hope this isn't too forward.

splitting arrows are the only ones to use (keeps singing) ethereal arrows, ethereal arrows... While in the main game not so much of use, all end bosses are extremely vulnerable to ethereal damage (and have rather high resistances to most other kinds of damage) therefore dying a LOT faster

Yeah, I discovered this trick about midway through Act 2. And DK almost never got a chance to kill anything. It's a good thing XP is divided or he'd never have gotten any. I didn't even think about specializing in one arrow type until near the middle of Act 4, and when I did I chose Splitting Arrows. And no it wasn't too forward, someone else might read this and pick up some ideas. My only problem with this strategy was her wasting arrows on things she could see way off in the distance, but not hit due to obstacles. Heheh... She would ocassionally shoot at the monsters inside the walls, and actually killed a few when they got real close to the side she was on. After she killed the first one this way, I switched her to explosive arrows when I got a glimpse of one, and killed several with the explosions.
