Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems starting game

to all who can help !!

have loaded all the updated drivers for video,sound,windows.
loaded b.d. went in fine started game went thru intro then when it started to load game got kicked back to startup screen windows.
uninstalled game and tried again same problem. got patch 1.45 installed did'nt help.
can somebody please help me.

So after the character creation process the game starts to load (should only take a couple seconds) but then goes back to the main menu?

Did you try running the configuration program and lowering the resolution, at least until getting into the game?

Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game?

Someone had a problem with the demo crashing after the character creation screen, but switching the desktop colour depth to 16 bit (high colour) rather than 32 bit (true colour) fixed that.

have made sure that virus scan is off and not running programs but still cant start game. I cant even make a character dont reach that screen, only get to the screen that starts loading than kicks me to windows.
