I have been playing computer games, RPGs specifically for over twenty years. I honestly have to admit that Divine Divinity was one of the top three fantasy RPGs I have ever played. The storyline was excellent, the music superb, the occasional humor was laudable, the interface and skill tree were beyond compare. Hats off to Larian for making an old gamer very happy.
Since I had such a good experience with DD, I bought Beyond Divinity today and am looking forward to starting it this weekend. I will judge it on its own merit and not by its predecessor.
