My mum listens to Dire Straits and the like. And when Private Investigations is th e darkest she's got, you know there is something wrong if she buys something from a group inspired by Joy Division and The Talking Heads. And I don't think it's because she's the hell of a lady (to be honest.). About Interpol, I saw (half...) Cure Icon yesterday, and heard that Cure and Interpol tour together. Sounds like something I might whant to listen to (listens to Disintegration for the moment).
