Hi:
I just started, have a warrior and a wizard, met Edmund.
I am confused about "teaching"
He offered me two choices, I bought 1 but did not see anywhere in my stats
that it made a difference.
The user manual is no help here.

Should I buy these lessons when ever I have the money?

I have one potion, how do I get it into the potion area by my profile.

Thanks for your help.

Once you lean a skill, you need to open your skill window to put skill points into it (one of the left hand icons under the portraits, or hotkey k). I'm not sure what starting skills a wizard gets, but you may already have had the skills Edmond teaches. Unfortunately teachers can offer the same skills at different levels, and do not omit skills you already know at or above what they can teach.

The potion bar can be opened by clicking on the potion icon beside either characters' portrait. Health, mana, restoration and stamina potions are displayed there, the rest you need to open your inventory to use.

When you open the potion bar as Raze suggest, you can also set a hot key to each potion so you don't have to keep going to the potion bar.

Click on the potion (eg minor health) and press an un-used function key, the key should show up next to the potion (eg as F8).

If you press the function key in-game or when paused, the active character will consume that potion type. You can switch active characters (default key F5) and consume a potion for your next character.

I typically have a hot key set on minor healing, and minor mana.
