Many of these have probably already been posted but I'm not wading through months of suggestions <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />
In approximate order of importance to me....
1) Remember doll settings for primary skill and aggression level between summonings. It is SO annoying to have to reset my dolls to aggressive and to use certain skills every time I summon them. If you can remember that my doll had 14/270 mana when it was dismissed or killed, surely you can remember he was set to aggressive with Magic Elemental Focussed Air for a primary skill (especially as most dolls probably only have points in one combat skill anyway).
2) In addition to aggressive & normal, a defensive stance that doesn't allow your character to move too far from where it was last stationed so I can quit having my melee guy chasing after 1 running monster that he can't actually catch while 7 more beat on the other party member.
3) Allow repairing to be done on items in other party members slots and inventory, don't make me transfer EVERY item EVERY time to repair, this is just asinine. The only argument that can possibly be made for it is "realism" and the game doesn't need to be that stinking real. I can already pause combat, remove item, trade item, repair it in the middle of combat, trade it back, and re-equip it. So what possible use is it to make me do all that rather than just a simple right-click? (this should probably have been number one....)
4) In the merchant trading window, 2 additional buttons would be nice. "Repair All" and "Identify All". In addition, it would be nice to be able to repair items the other party member has equipped without switching the character talking to the merchant. As it is now, my DK constantly breaks his bow (yet another gripe, they degrade WAY too fast) so after I'm done talking with my main character, I have to switch and let DK talk to the same merchant just so he can get his bow repaired, or remove it, trade it, give it back (see #3). Argh.
5) I've spotted the trap, so how about pathfinding AROUND it rather than THROUGH it. Thanks!
6) A filter in the merchant trading screen that shows only the equipment you (and perhaps all your party members) are currently using so that you can see whether any of the items for sale are actually an upgrade.
7) Gimme a list of what skills I've purchased to what level, or make it impossible for me to purchase skills to levels less than or equal to what I already have.
8) A section of the diary that allows me to keep my own notes, which is becoming fairly common in games these days anyways, can't be all that hard.
Not that I expect anything to be added now except perhaps a lockpick fix, but I just got the game and I wanted to get my few cents worth in. At least repair and dolls, pretty please!
