Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Suggestions Escape Key Mapping and Closing Open Windows

I haven't had much time to play BD yet and I am not sure if I am missing something... I would be pleased if someone could tell me ... 'Twit, you can do this by doing...'. However, one of the most irritating things I have found is that the escape key won't close windows. In fact it does't seem that I can remap the escape to something else (or remove the mapping as I keep dropping to the menu window) or even map a key to close an open pane.

As I say I would love to be told that this feature is available but I am fairly sure it is not. There are other features within the UI that could have benefited from a small amount of usability testing but this is by far the most irritating.

Right-clicking on a window will close it. I can't remember if there is a close all function.

Right click works fine for MOST windows, but NOT for the main dialog window, for that you have to hit the X in the corner.
That is annoying.

Ahhh... Yes. Yes it is. Expecially when you're about to start combat.
