... i can't get out of the crypt... i killed the witch but the key to open the door on the east side (found with the alt key) is on the other side of a door locked... how i am supposed to pick it?

You can't pick the lock... (In fact, you can't pick ANY lock since the lockpick skill is broken).
You'll get there later.

For now, just go to the north and click on the crystal; the necromancer will happily teleport you out.
(If you can't find it, it's number five on this map.
