Aha, it's a patch problem.
1. => you got the English version? Then patch to 1.045, please. Your saves are compatible. Just backup them somewhere else (to make sure).
2. => if you have the Australian version, please take this patch then.
3. => the BF of Act 2 won't change,as it was generated the 1st time you visited it, but the BF of the other acts will change.
As soon as you leave Act 2 => chuck out all BF keys you have, ok? Just to make sure they don't cause a mess.
