You haven't patched the game. The first two are bugs which were fixed with the patch. The patch only applies quest fixes to new games, though. Don't worry about them. All you're missing from Mardenus is <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'>a skill point in
Restoration</span>.
