Values for permanent potions:
HP/mana => 105 for all difficulty levels
Stamina => 200 for all difficulty levels
the rest => 7 on easy - 8 on action/tactical - 10 on hardcore

Creating Large potions, from level 3-4 action/tactical
HP/mana => 1515, 2010
Stamina => 750, 1000
the rest => 34, 45

Combining minor potions to restoration action/tactical
HP => 105
Mana => 105
Stamina => 50

Combining medium potions to restoration action/tactical
HP => 405
Mana => 405
Stamina => 200

Combining large potions to restoration action/tactical
HP => 765

Act 1 => Citadel Infirmary => after giving the poisonous creatures book to the gay medic, you get a key for his cupboard
Act 4 => in a cupboard of mage Markunthar
