one additional thing really stands out now that you've completed the spreadsheet. in all but 'easy' difficulty, utilizing holy water to make an intelligence potion is a much better choice than making a mana potion.
i'm actually surprised that the intelligence is better almost across the board.
okay, a second thing - there is absolutely no reason to ever make a stamina potion. even on easy you receive more with a constitution.
