not sure exactly what you're asking.
holy water comes in a bowl (you'll receive one in-game as a quest item, and BF merchants
sometimes sell them).
it looks like this -
holy water holy water is used to create permanent potions. depending upon the difficulty setting you play the game at, the permanent stat increase will vary (i played hardcore so received 10 stat points per permanent potion created).
you need the correct level in alchemy AND the correct alchemy plants. then you need to have the character with the skill be selected as leader, hold the plants and holy water in inventory, then just right click on the water and you'll be given the option of creating a permanent potion.
