this is the vampire in Verdistis,
no spells seem to function as far as i have tried,
he simply cannot be targeted and he does not move at all
btw, i found many walk-in-the-wall NPCs in dark forest,
and sometimes, some enemies (red crosses)are stuck in some area and they cannot move out, when i walk by they do not response at all.
they are bugs, arent they?
