I sent all appropriate info to tech support including.

response from tech support was "that didnt work pls ......

of course how silly of me not to catch onto that particular statment.
that was last week, still have not gotten anywhere. and NO support apparently does not get back to there clients.
I dont run daemon tools or Norton. Brand new disk.
