Taking screenshots in-game => I do it like this: I have Paintshop Pro and activate Snapshot, defined an F key for this and shot. Minimized the game with my Windows key (Win XP) and then saved this into a folder. Converted the psp image to png/jpg and uploaded it. The shot of the BF map is Barnie's secret. I have permission to use it, sorry, no clue. But I guess, he made several shots and stuck them together.

And if my suspicion is correct about your game version, you might be very unlucky in solving the BF quests of Act 1. The patch will help in-game, but only in the BF of the next act, Why? Because the BF are generated the first time you enter, see?
