...after the bishop said to talk with the raanar prisoner, he show on my map the cave of the staff...
but i was there before, as i arrived in the temple district exploring the surroundings and i took the staff of power and probably sold to someone but i can't remember who............................................
what can i do?!? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

This is a procedure out of Div, but you just have to find a save with the staff and then follow Raze's procedure. If you can't cope => please, confirm, I can create these inv files for you this evening - after I'm home.

OK, procedure:

1. Save your last save under "bettersafe" and under "nostaff" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> , just names
2. download my "powerstaff.rar" and unpack it with Winrar. Or if you have Winzip, download the powerstaff.zip. Links are above, and contain 6 inv files <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
3. go into programs/Beyond Divinity/savegames/nostaff and open it
4. copy my 6 inv.files into this save. Your old inv files will be replaced
5. start BD - and start "nostaff". Search in heroine's inventory (last button) for the powerstaff and place it on the ground
6. save under "havestaff"
7. go into programs/Beyond Divinity/savegames/havestaff and place in your own old inv files from "bettersafe" into it. Save and exit

8. Start game again and start "havestaff" => you should have the staff on the ground and your old inventory back again <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
