Just my thoughts:
1. This is an international forum - so not all have English as a mother tongue (best possibility to train what teachers tortured one with and find sense now, right?)
2. What I like about this forum is the tolerance and openness to express and train another language - so people "meet" and communicate, exchange differing ideas and thoughts.
3. You are more courageous than I am - I do not post in the French section as my French is really bad. So, you give it a try (I don't), correct?
4. If a post is not understandable, you can rephrase - or answer, others can do this the very same. And Barta in the French forum is very helpful and capable of aiding you, if you wish to use English and are insecure how to phrase (@Barta? Am I wrong?)
BTW, I understood your suggestion, and your phrasing didn't "depress" me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> - I took your post as a challenge (was fun for me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> )
So, you are correct: a post is not a matter of life and death <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
I understand it, if you wish to have a post/thread deleted after time edit limit - so, my thoughts are more meant in a general sense <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />
