You start (at intelligence 0) with a base mana pool of 70.
Each point in intelligence gives you +15 mana.
A Yit-Yceri gives you +100 mana.
A Yit-Koor gives you +5 intelligence, and thus +75 mana. (-> EDITED)

With non-charmable items:
The prefixes:
Act 1: Apprentice's (+1 int, +15 mana)
Act 2: Tutor's (+2 int, +30 mana)
Act 3: Wizard's (+3 int, +45 mana)
Act 4: Sorcerer's (+4 int, +60 mana)
After game BF: Sorcerer's (+5 int, +75 mana)

The suffixes:
Act 1: of the Magus (+10 mana)
Act 2: of the Battlemage (+20 mana)
Act 3: of the Warlock (+30 mana)
Act 4: of the Archmage (+40 mana)
After game BF: of the Archmage (+50 mana)

From permanent potions:
Mana potion (on all difficulty settings): 105 mana
Intelligence potion:
on easy: +7 int (+105 mana)
on action tactical: +8 int (+120 mana)
on hardcore: +10 int (+150 mana)

And you can get +60 mana from the holy grail in the Paladin's castle.


Compare: for constitution/hit points:
you start with only 55 hit points,
you get only 10 hit points (and 30 stamina points) for one point in constitution
