Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems Can't get the autoload to install game...HELP!!

OK, I've bought & returned 2 different BD games with the same results each time. When I put the disc into the player, it spins,spins,spins but nothing happens. When I open My Computer, to click on the EXE to get the game installed, it just locks up & refuses to respond.
I'm using a Dell 8300 P4 2.86...with Nvidia FX5200, with Creative Audigy Audio, with 512 Meg Ram...Oh yeah, I also shut off EVERYTHING (virus scan,etc ) before trying to get it to boot up the game and still no response...Can ANYONE out there give me a clue as to what needs to be done? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />

whats your cd drive?

Try copying 3 files off the CDs (do not need the autorun.inf file) into the same folder on your hard drive, and installing it from there.

My 2 Drives are as follows:
Samsung CD-R/RW....SW252S
NEC DVD+RW.........ND2100AD
