I'm almost done beating the game, and I came across a few items that I don't know what they are for or if i should just get rid of them. Thanks!

magic carpet-don't know the point of this <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
black pearl-again, don't know the point of this <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
bone of founder-got quest, went back and now the guy won't take it from me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Holy grail can't be filled
magic carpet => just an Easteregg, reminding of Divinity and the cheating trader El Gammon there
black pearl => maybe a BF item?
Bone of founder => as you meddled with time in the past, the student in present time won't accept it.

So, they're just cluttering up your inventory <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> No further use.

I experimented with the grail in various places to find a purpose => no success.

Thats what I thought. But I'm going to try and find a way to fill up the holy grail. I'll keep you up to date! Thanks for the info!

- Ok, I tried filling at the spring of life and the lava one (truth and lies)
- tried combinating the grail with the various rocks at mage Markhuntar's lab.
- tried combining statue+grail

maybe you can find out more - from one experimentator to another?

Ach, I'm sure, you'd have noticed if I had kept the correct name of these 2 springs in mind <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> (I simply forgot their names <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> ). I could only describe them - do you know how they are called in-game?

In game the only name that I saw was "pure water". I didn't see anything else other then that.
