Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Moving to a new PC

Hi, I hope someone can help me. We are going to buy a new PC as the old one is very slow! Is there a way to transfer our games from the old to the new so we do not have start over?

Each saved game is a separate subfolder in the '..\Beyond Divinity\savegames' folder, so you can transfer these folders to the new computer and continue the game. You do not need to move the 5 'Bd_act#_start' folders, since they are created/updated by the game install/patch.

If you transfer the folders by CD-R, compress them first, or make sure you clear the Read-Only attribute on the files in the save folders after copying them to the new hard drive.
