I already said that I was unable to attempt to pick the lock. There is no option for it. So how does it open?

If it's from one of the caves, then there is a very strong chance that I have already cleared it and have taken all of the loot inside it. Does this mean that I'm unable to solve the quest, since I received it after already accomplishing it?
please use the search button. many of your questions have been answered many times...
As you can see, I had a lot of questions to ask. Searching for them all via the search feature would have taken time. It's a lot easier and faster to simply ask them all at once, via a post. If you don't like my questions, then don't bother answering them. However, I do greatly appreciate the help. (I'm sure I'll end up asking more questions that have "already been asked." I'll ask them again anyway.)
