Act 2=

i've spent a lot of time and hundred of potions fighting the Imp Shaman, again and again.

The Chieftain son is supposed to appear to stop the battle but HE DOESN'T.
The Imp Shaman use Healing Spells again & again.

It really looks like a nasty (and really boring) bug.


Maybe this is because i've stolen his Morpheus Ring long time before.
So i've get it back in the shaman inventory before going to the battle = same bloody bug.


HELP


(or i'll throw BD disks throught my window hoping Larian guys would be hurt in face <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />.....i'm tired of buying unfinished games)

The fact that the Imp Shaman is using healing on himself, means that he is NOT indestructible.

I do remember that the Imp Shaman did cause me to reload about 2-3 times before i found his weaknesses. Try to use diffent weapons (especially those that does either bone, shadow, or some other magical damage along with the normal damage), try to use different spells against him, and note if they do some damage to him, or not (or if you have "know creature" as a skill you can see what his weaknesses are)

You can also try to set your game difficulty down until you are past the Shaman (this will only work if you are NOT playing in Hardcore mode - And if you are playing in hardcore mode, expect some of the more powerful creatures to seem indestructible).

I will in the meantime see if i can find my old act 2 saves and look what his weaknesses are).

I dont recall that the chief's son stopped the fight, if i remember correctly, he only appeared afterwards.

I found the fight to be farly easy i used poison arrows on him and DK had sword.
The chiefs son i belive comes in after the imp shaman health is below 1/2 or 1/4.

I am also playing on easy mode <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/alien.gif" alt="" />
