"Blind mode" (if it exists) should help. The copy procedure might not be compatable with your drive. Some drives report errors, others will cancel upon finding an error.

Try someone else's computer. You can get the ISO home by burning it to a CD. I know that sounds absurd, but if you leave it in ISO form, it might work. Or burn the ISO to a disc and use alcohol on that disk which shouldn't be "faulty".
