Meet this imp who lost a key in the Mushroom Forest. I can't find it. I am in the forest where you kill the cave spider. The one that was eating the frogs. Where you obtain the portal stones and kill the demon for the third dungeon key. Am I in the wrong forest? Thanks

You are in the little mushroom forest north west of the village; the key is in a cave in the mushroom forest south west of the village.

i found the key in the level battlefields along with the amulet for the old hermit

The keys found within the BF are useless, and do not open anything. The amulet for the hermit should be in a cave just north east of the hermit's place.
