Is PC Gamer british or american ? I know a british shop in Cologne which imports stuff - from GB, as far as I know.
Another source I could use is the newspaper shop at the main railway station in Cologne - big and good newspaper shops in railway stations *always* have foreign mags & newspapers. Smaller ones often don't.
