serious: is it possible to fire someone for no/personal reason(s) then?
If that happened in SA, gal would be able to claim up to 6 month's worth of salary.... just because there was no official warning letters etc...
Something like that would have happened here too. Only that it wasn't because of the lack of letter <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />.
