Absolutely, Kris! And I knew I'd get in trouble for that bit!
But, in context, what I was getting at (albeit rather rudely) is that "help" could be a little less one-sided. Better ventilation -- and there is some pretty powerful technology available for filtering and re-cycling indoor air --, and less dangerous cigs would also "help", but the money goes on the banning (which
does push smokers out to the streets), and on the
programs for those who wish to quit. That leaves a lot of people out in the cold.
