your speed is good i think but your agility is very low...
agility is usefull for all weapons not only for ranged weapons (even if it is especially important for ranged weapons)...
not a strange thing you miss all hits...
well i really think you need to improve agility (i will say 2x or a bit less)...
but i can see how at this level of the game (it should have been done before)
maybe in the BF if you find charms...
well i don't see any others solves except perhaps Sky Hammer...
