well... that's not easy for me... not easy at all!
first 'potential' winner here was ubereil because if he was not debating he had a very good argument for not debating... unfortunately in his following posts ubereil said 'no' to death sentence then 'yes' then 'no' again...
draghermosran has utterly failed to convince me than statement about afterlife was necessary as a prerequisite for the debate as it is for me a very earthly debate.
then comes cleglaw... a very Occam's razor -like argument (i mean very short, very efficient, very powerful) in his first post... i think it was enough though... all what he said in the following was useless after that i think... and it was even weakening his first argument...
MeaCulpa was near to challenge cleglaw as i never said that it was death sentence for humans! story of a car could have been relevant! nethertheless MeaCulpa never prove not having been just Off_Topic...
janggut had some good arguments but very traditionnal ones! (like ubereil)...
