But on to your topic. Should we love the boss?

I can honestly say that for most of my working life I have definitely liked my boss. It may not always be strictly necessary to actually "love" your boss, maybe respect would be enough. He has certainly earned my respect.

During the last thirty years I have always felt that my boss was acting in my best interests and I've had great faith in his leadership. He is also one of the kindness, wisest, smartest, most humorous and decent people that I've ever met. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
