what are u trying to say, kris? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" /> that womble's a 'bummer'? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />
anyways, back on topic; i am very much in the same spectrum of opinion as kyra & kiya & womble. while it is commendable & may be beneficial to have a 'lovable' boss, it is not necessary.
let me relate some of my experiences with leaders;
in school, i had a headmaster who was very strict, to the point of being a sadist even. personally i detest him. professionally i admire & respect him for being a man of his word.
at work, there is a superior who is all smiles & politeness but no teeth. & no goal. naturally workplace is very much stagnant in atmosphere & drive.
looking at the two, i prefer my headmaster. no need love to be a good leader.
don't feel like arguing as i don't think much of the topic. have fun, everyone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
