i don't think anyone is counting how much things may be repeated here...
for the gem bag... i don't remember it wanting anything but i think if you make it identified (as it appears as an item to be identified) the shopkeeper may be tempted to keep it... so he had it now... hehehe... don't think you can have it back except with hex editing but i may be wrong...
