Unfortunately, sometimes the BF dungeon entrances are partly or completely hidden behind walls, though may still show up as a bit of blue on the auto map. Moving your mouse cursor around while going over the level again can also find it. More rarely, the entrance can be placed outside the dungeon section you are in, with no direct access.
You can still get past the lava outside the water elemental cave;
Teleporting anywhere (via hex editor)Did the teleporter stone just stop working, or did one get stuck or something when you tossed it over the lava to get to the cave? One person who got a teleporter stone stuck in a bush had better luck picking it up again by zooming in. You may be able to replace them if that doesn't help;
