Did you try emailing support with the StarForce report, so they could create a file the copy protection can use to check your system at startup, rather than the play CD (disk 2)?
To uninstall the game, you can delete the 'Beyond Divinity' folder from Windows Explorer, and use a program to
remove the StarForce drivers. You could also try updating them, and see if that helps with the error checking the play CD.
