THere is a rough but working map of the area.... its still a bit of a jump around, but at least then you have an idea of where you are heading....
Map of crazy teleporter island Here is a short(ish) route to the solution... after you kill the elemental king, just head north to the teleporter.
The blue squares are where i used my teleport pyramids to get into the lava circle.
Hope this helps (and please dont shoot me, if its not perfect.... that was how i got teleported, but some of those teleport"zones" are very close together)
